Required products:

  • kefir - 500 ml
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 50 gr.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • flour - 300 gr.
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • boiling water - 200 ml

Cooking method:

I wrapped my husband's favorite filling in pancakes - boiled condensed milk. You can also add nuts and cut a banana. This is my favorite combination.
