Sponge cake with pear and banana. Culinary recipes and photo recipes

Recipe pear and banana pie:

To make this honey cake, first you need to beat the egg with white sugar and vanilla (if you like vanilla, or add a little ground cinnamon). Add honey and beat again.

Then pour in kefir, beat the kefir-egg mixture well with a whisk. Make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved. Add soda there; there is no need to quench it with vinegar, since it is also perfectly quenched in an acidic kefir medium.

Now sift the flour and immediately add it to the pie dough.

The finished dough should not be very thick, about the same as for regular pancakes, a little thicker.

Cut the washed pear with the peel into thin slices, pre-cut the twig and seeds, peel the banana, cut into thin slices.

Grease the mold with a thin layer of high-quality butter, carefully pour the dough into it, place the pear on top, alternating it with the banana. By the way, you can use this kefir pie as a base, and choose the filling to suit your taste (apples, raspberries, currants, cherries, peaches, etc. are suitable).

Bake the pear and banana pie for no more than 20-25 minutes and only at 220C. You only need to place the dough in a hot oven on a medium level.

This pastry can be served warm; it goes perfectly with hot tea, mulled wine and other drinks. Pie with pear and banana is ready!

Chilled eggs must be beaten using a special kitchen whisk or mixer (you can also use a blender), without stopping the beating, you must gradually add sugar. As soon as the sugar is completely dissolved, you need to add pre-sifted flour a little at a time. It is very important that lumps do not appear.

Charlotte with banana turns out very tender and incredibly tasty, and it is also very easy and quick to prepare. Bananas must be peeled and then cut into not too thick slices. The pears are washed well, peeled, the seed box is removed, and they are cut into thin slices.

The baking dish is well greased with butter and lightly sprinkled with flour so that the charlotte does not burn. Sliced fruits are carefully placed on the bottom of the mold, and the prepared dough is poured on top. The oven is heated to 180 degrees, then a mold with dough is placed in it.

The charlotte is baked for 40 minutes until an appetizing golden brown crust appears on the surface of the pie; it is advisable not to open the oven during the first 20 minutes of cooking so that the charlotte does not settle.

As soon as the charlotte is completely ready, remove the pan with the pie from the oven, leave for a few minutes to cool slightly, after which the pie is carefully turned over onto a plate so that the fruit is on top. The pie is sprinkled with a small amount of powdered sugar and the dessert can be served.

0.5 tsp. baking powder
100 g butter
4 large pears
2 bananas (any filling can be used)

Preparation
Dough: mix flour + semolina + sugar + baking powder. All!!! The dough is ready - it's a dry mixture.
Filling: peel the pears, grate them, squeeze out a little juice, add chopped bananas.

In a mold, I have a detachable one, put parchment paper on the bottom, pour 1/3 of the dry mixture, a little filling on top, again the mixture, again the filling. The last layer is dry mix. Place butter on it in pieces. I bake at 180° for 40-50 minutes. And a very tasty pie is ready!!! Bon appetit!!! (The photo is not mine, I just don’t have time to click mine. I just remember and it’s no longer there

ADDITION.
You can use more butter, and the glass can be any size. The first time I made it strictly according to the recipe and the glass was 200g. For our family 6 people. it turned out to be not enough. Another time I took a glass 320 gr. and replaced the apples with pears and bananas. I liked it better this way and there was enough for everyone. So, girls, you can experiment with the filling, the main thing is that it is not liquid.

Some girls ask how the dough is dry. Some write that it doesn't work. In general, today I made it and step by step
